All orders can be returned within 28 days of purchase from our online store. When returning any items please use our free DHL returns label which will be provided inside the delivery packaging sent out to you. Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is received for your refund to be processed. We will email you with a confirmation of receipt of the returned product and your refund has been processed.

Do you provide International delivery?
We deliver worldwide, using DHL who provide a trusted courier service.
How do I return an item?
A free DHL returns label will be inside your delivery packaging, as long you are within the 28 days of purchase you will be eligible for a full refund.
What is your returns policy?
Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account, once processed and your product has been received by us. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our team at info@ashleylloydint.com.
